Royal Certificate of Ambassadorship and Priesthood

Royal Ambassador Priest Rithmond McKinney of the Ethiopia Africa Black International Congress wishes for all to share in the joy that was bestowed upon him when the Black Christ in flesh, King Emmanuel Charles Edwards, appointed him a Royal Priest/ Prophet and Royal Ambassador of the Congress with a mission to redeem Mother Africa and bring her fruit, once cast far away in the Diaspora, back to her womb.  All can see and know that the certificate is valid, and therefore the Royal Ambassador calls for all who wish to repatriate to their Motherland, glorious Africa and assist in her future development, to join him in this international rallying which is picking up the pace as of now and now.  All power, honor, glory and might to His Divine Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I, his Royal and Virtuous Empress Menen, The Holy Prophet John Marcus Mosiah Garvey, and the black Christ in flesh Holy Emmanuel I King Selassie I Jah Rastafari.

Official Certificate which Priest Rithmond received after a royal telegram was sent to him directly from King Emmanuel on his holy hill in Ten Miles, Bull Bay, St. Andrew, Jamaica, to the forests where he was dwelling at the time on the beautiful island of Andros.
